There was this insect on the beach, infact there were a lot of them, who were digging holes in the sand, and they came out with small sand globules and placed them around like droplets of water.

I have never seen anything like it :) Where is this at?
They are definitely not crabs. I am not sure what are they called, but they are small insects about a cm in length, which move very quickly on the sand. They dig holes inside the sand, and remove the sand in these small globules of sand stuck together, by thier saliva maybe.

I always thought they were crabs and they werent sand globules, not sure now though !!
